This landmark living history series follows a modern family’s extraordinary time travelling adventure. I was personally responsible for casting the incredible Robshaw family, scriptwriting, creating the editorial and visual style, Overseeing the production design of the 1950s and 1970s, Directing and Producing the first episode 1950s and the 1970s. Directing presenter Giles Coren.
I was personally BAFTA nominated for the first 1950s episode. My 1970s episode was shortlisted for a Grierson Award and nominated for a Broadcast Award.
A prime time smash-hit! This pioneering first series was so successful that the IP inspired 8 further Back In Time series in the UK: a total of 47 episodes. And it was re-versioned in the USA, Canada and Australia.
